Jolly Phonics training at the Liberi School

Recently, our dedicated teachers at Liberi School participated in an enriching two-day Jolly Phonics training program that has significantly enhanced their teaching methodologies and instructional strategies. Designed to facilitate a fun and engaging learning environment, this training focused on the systematic phonics approach, equipping our educators with innovative tools to support literacy development for our students.

Throughout the training, teachers immersed themselves in the Jolly Phonics program, which emphasizes the importance of teaching sounds in a systematic way. This approach not only helps in building a strong phonetic foundation but also fosters a love for reading and writing among learners. The interactive sessions encouraged collaboration, allowing our teachers to share experiences, ideas, and best practices, all while gaining a deeper understanding of how children learn phonics.

The knowledge and skills our teachers have acquired will directly benefit our learners in multiple ways. By implementing the Jolly Phonics methods in the classroom, teachers can create a more dynamic and supportive learning atmosphere. This program promotes active participation and multisensory learning, catering to various learning styles and ensuring that each child can thrive in their literacy journey.

As our teachers apply these phonics techniques, students will develop stronger reading and writing skills, leading to increased confidence and academic success. The excitement generated from learning through games, songs, and activities associated with Jolly Phonics will not only make learning enjoyable but also
enhance retention and understanding of essential literacy concepts.

We are thrilled about the positive impact this training will have on our school. With empowered teachers and engaged learners, Liberi School is committed to fostering a love for literacy that will benefit our students for years to come. Together, we look forward to witnessing the fruits of this training as our
learners embark on their educational journeys equipped with critical phonics skills.
