The Liberi Foundation aims to bring about structural change in education, not only at Liberi School, but also at nearby schools. The foundation offers free workshops and trainings for teachers, where they learn skills that can be directly applied in the classroom. These trainings are very popular among teachers because they are practical and effective. For example, they learn how to generate enthusiasm for lesson material and how to process teaching materials in a playful way. In addition, collaboration between colleagues is encouraged and teachers are actively involved in lesson material. The ultimate goal is not only the idea of change, but especially the positive results that come from it. Moreover, the teachers themselves are given the opportunity to study further in the field of education.
